Shannon Zimmerman is the owner and artist behind Villager Designs. She has operated as Hand Lettering by Shannon for four years. In 2026, she decided to take her creative pursuit full-time and Villager Designs was born.

Shannon has studied and practiced art her whole life. She enjoys crafting with friends, travelling and exploring nature, and enjoying fine art in a museum or gallery setting. Immersive and Installation art are her favorites to view. Hand-lettered paper crafts and signage are her favorite to make, although her interests are subject to change at any moment! 😉

Villager Designs is only possible because of the support of local community and businesses. Shannon enjoys being a part of the village around her. In her personal life, Shannon is a regular part of the lives of her family members, niece and nephew, and friends. In a business sense, Shannon likens her part in the village to that of the town crier. She will take the information you have to share and present it in a visually appealing way, bringing your business or event information to life.
